How is quota measured? +

Quota is measured in points: 1 point = IDR 1. Points are spent on delivery (email ≈100, WhatsApp ≈500 per message), seats, and storage — tracked in an append-only ledger. New organizations start with 1,000 free points.

How do approvals work? +

Every organization gets a default single-level flow (owner + admin, any-one rule). Admins can configure multi-level chains with all/any rules per level.

Which channels can I send through? +

Email and WhatsApp. Sends run as queued jobs with per-recipient status and idempotent retries. WhatsApp runs behind a swappable provider interface.

Can a QR code be redeemed twice? +

No. Each QR is unique per recipient and redemption is atomic — concurrent scans cannot double-redeem. Offline redemption is out of scope for v1.

Do I need a credit card to try? +
